We are a new breed of DCA who use the latest notification methods as Debt Collection tools. It is because of this approach that we boast close partnerships with some of the largest UK businesses in the Utilities, Financial Services, Telecoms and Insurance sectors.

The Role

As a company that deals with over 3,000 daily financial transactions, this role will provide you with a great deal of substantiated experience in the application of:

· Finance Administration

· Financial Reporting

· Budgeting and cost projections

· Payroll

· Business Support

· Team Management

A passion for numbers and analytics is a must.

The successful applicant will be tasked with improving and developing existing financial & client reporting processes by working closely with both our Business Support and Finance Directors. You will be expected to challenge the ‘norm’ in coming up with new ways of doing things – and responsible for pushing projects through to completion.

2 Year Scheme

Each Graduate Scheme will begin with an initial 4-6 months of Company wide training, where the successful applicant will be expected to complete time in numerous roles across the Business, in order to learn the ‘ins and outs’ of the company.

The remainder of the term will consist of:

  • Finance Management
  • Business Support & project Management

 

Where applicable the role will include Supplier / Client Placement – for example, with our firm of Accountants.

Associated Undergraduate Degrees

  • Finance (and associated)
  • Mathematics / Statistics / Numerical sciences
  • Sciences
  • Business Studies

 

Desired Result, 2:1 or above. We will consider applicants with 2:2 if they can demonstrate a high level of aptitude in relevant modules.

Remuneration

Starting Salary of £20,000 with regular reviews. Introduction to our Senior Management Team and Bonus Structure expected on completion.

Opportunities for further qualifications e.g. MBA, CSA Diploma, AAT qualifications will be explored following successful completion of the scheme.
